Instagram

Same as Messenger: request your messages from Meta in JSON format.

1. In Instagram, open Settings › Accounts Center › Your information and permissions › Download your information.
2. Pick your Instagram profile and select only Messages.
3. Set Format to JSON and Media quality to High, then create the files.
4. When the download is ready, unzip it and open your_instagram_activity › messages › inbox.
5. Copy only the folder named after your partner into your materials folder.

Tip: Like Messenger, times are in UTC; set Layout › Time zone.

Menu names can differ slightly between app versions. Keep your original exports; VisaDocket only reads them.
